GETTING STARTED IN THE SYSTEM

• Answer questions about rights as a spouse and/or parent
• Planning of successful visitation

A LISTENING EAR : PERSONAL SUPPORT COACHING
(4-week program)
• Free discovery call (pre-enrollment) 1 hour
• Week 1: Identify Issues
• Week 2: Establish Root Problem/Cause & 1-hour check-in (phone session or Skype)
• Week 3: Make Personalized Plan of Action
• Week 4: 1-hour wrap-up (phone session or Skype)

*If client upgrades to 6 months coaching $50 will be applied to new plan
* Payment Schedule: Pay in full or half down and balance due before last session
4-WEEKS
A NEW WORLD: PERSONAL SUPPORT COACHING
(6-month program)
Together we will identify personal struggles and surviving the worlds of prison and life outside
Month 1:
• Free discovery call (pre-enrollment)
• Review of in-take form
• Identify Issue & Establish Problem/Cause 1.5-hour session (phone or Skype)
• Make Personalized Plan of Action/Customized Lesson Plan 1.5-hour session (phone or Skype)
Month 2:
• Review of Prior Lesson Plan/30-minute check-in (phone or Skype)
• Weekly email check-ins
• Assign New Lesson Plan (Journaling/Affirmations)
• 30-minute check-in/update (phone or Skype)
Month 3:
• Review of Prior Lesson Plan/30-minute check-in (phone or Skype)
• Weekly email check-ins
• Assign New Lesson Plan (Setting Intentions for Balance: Work/Family/Prison)
• 30-minute check-in/update (phone or Skype)
Month 4:
• Review of Prior Lesson Plan/30-minute check-in (phone or Skype)
• Weekly email check-ins
• Assign New Lesson Plan (Self-Care Practices)
• 30-minute check-in/update (phone or Skype)
Month 5:
• Review of Prior Lesson Plan/30-minute check-in (phone or Skype)
• Weekly email check-ins
• Assign New Lesson Plan (Planning for the Future/Accountability)

Month 6:
